While you’d be excused for a 7am alarm in the depths of winter, during the peak of summer you can realistically wake up at dawn and not feel the worse for it.

Similar to point #1, use this time to do all the extra things you need to do at this time of year so that you’re not forced to cut corners later.

This may be doing tasks around the home, catching up on work, or exercising. The extra hours you’ve “created” in the day are freeing you up so you don’t need to sacrifice your goals to stay fit later.
