#2 – Body before bubbles
Drinking bubbles during the holidays is pretty much unavoidable. It’s a match made in heaven, and everybody is doing it. But soon enough those bubbles become bloat, and that’s not fun.
If you don’t want to look like a kill-joy, have a glass or two to kick the evening off then switch to a lower calorie option such as a vodka lime + soda, or a sparkling mineral water.
