While bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general are known to be highly volatile investments, there are many people out there who have full faith in their long term success and adoption on a world wide scale. These people may be traders, they may be developing adjacent technologies such as blockchain, or they may even be the brains behind a crypto-centric app.

So while it’s easy to think of “cryptocurrency” and only picture it being traded by men hunched over laptops, in fact, there’s a lot more to cryptocurrency than just Bitcoin itself.

And thankfully, that male-dominated impression isn’t actually warranted either! Nowadays, women have not only developed a keen interest in cryptocurrency, they are making fortunes out of it, as successfully as men.
