The Three Biggest Trends From London Fashion Week

2. Flounce

New York certainly showed exaggerated silhouettes (note ‘The Row’), but in London designers opted for flares and flounces around the body to create these over-sized silhouettes. Christopher Kane, Mary Katrantzou and Roksanda were all champions of this trend.

Loved the Roksanda collection which was a bright and daring range of luxe colours and over-sized yet flattering forms. Christopher Kane added spills to dresses and sheer blouses. (Images: style.com)
