STEP 3 — Fill Under Brow Arch
By lowering an ‘over-arched’ brow, you will lift your eyes, and look younger (as you can see in the final before and after shot later).
Fill in under your natural brow hairs by adding the finest of hair strokes under the arch – draw the strokes in the direction the hair would naturally grow.
I love using brow gels on an angle brush to do this (my Brow Definer (Brush No.16) is perfect for this) – you just get finer strokes than if you use a brow pencil.
