STEP 2 — Brow Arch Point
The peak of your eyebrow arch should be two-thirds of the way across your brow, in line with the outer edge of your iris. But remember, no excessive lift.
Aim for as soft a curve as possible, to avoid your eyelid looking enlarged and puffy. With a brow pencil (or eyebrow shadow with a Brow Definer), define the top of your brow, by either plucking the strays or just defining the edge with your pencil.
What I prefer is to leave the first part of the brow slightly wispy before starting to define the brow. Then extend the end of the brow, so that it meets up with the imaginary guideline from the outer edge of the nose to the outer corner of the eye.
