Glimpse Into A $100 Million NYC Apartment

I’m still adjusting my vision after stumbling across pictures of this glorious (if not a little out of my budget) 96th floor apartment that will soon be constructed in New York City.

This grid-like column will change the NYC skyline forever, and it’s even taller than Freedom Tower! Image: http://www.huhmagazine.co.uk/

The mega-tall highrise named simply ‘432 Park’, will be the tallest residential tower in the western hemisphere upon completion, to be positioned along the growing “billionaires belt” that runs along the southern end of Central Park.

Naturally, the sky home (which sits around 450 meters above street level) offers jaw-dropping views from every angle, all conceivable mod-cons, palatial amounts of space and unsurpassed common amenities.

This home is currently under contract to an unknown buyer and will exchange somewhere in the vicinity of $95 million USD. Yikes.

(By the way, I promise to feature more “regular” eye candy next time, but for now…..)

I cannot get over this view. Taking in the metropolis before heading out to kick butt. Image: huhmagazne.co.uk

Whipping up a sandwich has never been more appealing when you”ve got a 10m x 10m window to look out of, and a 10m island bench to spread out on. Image: huhmagazine.co.uk

I think the strata levies alone would be out of my whole budget for a property full stop! @lovelyloves

You certainly wouldn’t want vertigo @whatthe!

Glamour to the bone but I’m not a fan of high-rises. Put this furniture in a country house and I’d be completely at home!

Actually, this doesn’t appeal to me all that much.
