#3 – Chic chambray
Chambray has that unmistakable retro look…it’s casual, easy to wear and comfortable. But, did you realise that it’s also super breathable and especially suited for staying fresh and fabulous? You might think of it as denim-on-a-diet, it has a similar look, but is much more flowy and lightweight.
The composition of chambray fabric is actually a very tightly woven cotton, so it has exactly the same sweat absorbent properties of that tried-and-tested organic fabric.
However, compared to common cotton, chambray boasts a little more of an edgy look, working well with leather, other shades of denim and black.
If you’re someone who can’t bear to give up the look of denim in summer, but can’t bear how hot it gets, then invest in a few pieces in chambray and enjoy the difference.
