#3 – Get moving
Research has proven that strenuous aerobic exercise over a 4 to 24-week period can result in adults falling asleep faster, for longer and with a better quality of sleep. It has been postulated that this is due, in part, to exercise’s effect on the body’s circadian rhythm.
Even a moderate increase in exercise, such as a long walk, resulted in better sleep.
