#4 – Caffeine
We all know that caffeine can contribute to insomnia and sleep difficulties, but for those with caffeine sensitivity, this can be vastly heightened. Nervousness, anxiety, and even panic attacks can be the result of even a moderate intake, particularly in those who aren’t used to it.
Caffeine can also interact negatively when taken in combination with over-the-counter medications. If you are struggling to get into a regular sleep pattern, then it may pay to lay off the coffee for a while to see if it is a contributing factor.
