If you’re wondering what to wear to a summer wedding, here’s a little inspiration. Whether you prefer bold dressing (statements and trends) or skew to the side of beautiful (i.e floaty and feminine) here’s plenty of inspiration for all kinds of weddings, be it daytime, formal, or outdoor.
Spring brings with it so many good things: beach days, picnics, days at the races, parties, and of course – wedding season. Receiving a wedding invite in the mail is always cause for celebration, but before you can even stick the invite on the fridge your mind is racing through your wardrobe.

Then of course, there’s the dress code. Unless it’s stated as a theme, wearing white is OUT, while too much black feels oppressive for day functions. Heavy fabrics won’t do for a beach soiree, and it’s inappropriate to show too much skin for any kind of ceremony. What does that leave us with?

I think No. 10 is a winner. Simple, elegant and can seamlessly slip between day and night, so whatever time the wedding is you’re set. Second favourite is No.8. Without overloading with too many accessories, I think this outfit is quite understated and suitable for such an event.
Thanks for your comment Kelly! xx
