#7 – Hubert Restaurant & Bar – (Bligh St, CBD)
Hubert is Sydney’s current most-raved about restaurant and bar, and with fair reason too as it feels like it should be located on the same street as the Eiffel Tower!
While Hubert boasts an old-world French style menu and extensive wine list, it’s the layout and décor of the place that really gives its Parisian feel. As well as the main restaurant area, there’s also a private dining room, a theatre, two bars (Bar Normandy and Bar Pince), and a theatrical stage with a grand piano.
On top of all that, Hubert is covered in wood-panelled décor and is dimly lit by candlelight, giving off that incredibly romantic feel that the whole city of Paris has!
