Christmas Cranberry & Aloe Cooler Superfood Cocktail


Aloe vera and coconut are both hydrating making a perfect pair to any alcohol

Ingredients:

• 30mls of Gin
• 30 mls Coconut water
• 4 Slices of lemon
• ½ cup of cranberries
• 5 Mint leaves
• ¼ of cucumber chopped up into cubes
• ½ cup of Sparkling water
• 15 mls Aloe Vera

Method

In small jar combine ice, gin, lemons, cucumber cubes, mint leaves and cranberries top up with sparkling water.

    First time I have heard of a Healthy cocktail, I think this one would taste weird too! I have tasted Coconut water, it is an acquired taste.
