Must Love Dogs: ‘Samson The Dood’

It was bound to happen (I mean, isn’t the pastime of looking at cute animal videos why the internet was invented?) so it really comes as no surprise that dogs are taking over instagram one adorable photo at a time..

From the plethora of french bulldog accounts (even Linda Evangelista’s pooch has it’s own instagram account @minimoonevangelista), to bloggers such as Sara Donaldson sharing her own little Lab Retriever with the world via @adventuresoflittleben, you could say it’s definitely a dog’s world..(Yes, I really said that.)

With 57,000 adoring fans and counting, one of my favourite dogs of the ‘gram is none of other than Samson the golden doodle. Hailing from Brooklyn NY, the super-photogenic Samson is easily mistaken for a stuffed toy thanks to his golden ringlets, cute doggy smile and happy disposition. Often pictured in human-like situations (drinking in front of the TV, hanging out with his mates, wearing his Warby Parker sunglasses or just drinking in the Manhattan skyline) it’s hard not to fall in love with this little dude.. (It’s even harder to imagine how much spare time his humans must have, but we’ll overlook that for now and just appreciate.)
