Story written by Cece Seen
Molly Fishkin, stylist and long-time friend of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, entered designer history by being the first to wear a wedding dress designed by the twins.
Upon announcing her engagement to producer/director Asher Levin, Fishkin states that Mary-Kate and Ashley approached her about designing her wedding dress. Who would say no?! Considering the twins’ own personal style it comes as no surprise that their lace creation is touched with a bit of boho featuring styled bell sleeves with a scalloped scooped neck and a stunning floor length veil.
In an interview with Vogue Fishkin tells that she “was thrilled – their taste is impeccable, and I really trust them…Designing my dress with them was the most exciting and emotional experience of my life…I will never forget what they did for me.” Fishkin complimented her dress with a pair of Manolo Blahniks, a simple hairstyle of long flowing curls and flawless make up with smokey eyes.

Whilst being careful not to outdo the bride Mary-Kate and Ashley looked fabulous in full length bright bohemian gowns, minimal make up and center part chic low buns.

I love their mature aesthetic. It’s very refreshing!
I love their matching green rings!
Lovely, and quite simple style.
AM impressed looks beautiful!
Yes, the fabric is lovely but the dress looks loose. I don’t know why but it reminds me of those 70s hippies outfits. Or maybe that’s the theme, look at the twins’ dresses.
i would have liked to have a bit more shape to it though
cool photos the twins look so chic
Wow, move over Vera Wang! 😛
Love the fabric, not the shape.
Amazing!!
Love the dress!
It’s really cute how they still work together because they’re twinnies.
