All The Evidence You Need To Embrace The Mini Bag This Season

Virtually all the major designers including Fendi, Chanel, Balenciaga, Alexander Wang and Celine have released adorable doll-size versions of their classic bags over recent seasons, so we’re seeing the mini bag trend extend across many different shapes and sizes.

There are hand-helds at Hermes and Fendi, bucket bags at Mansur Gavrielicon and Mulberry, and satchels and cross-bodies at Phillip Lim and Chloe. Some labels have created completely new designs with miniaturised proportions, which are sure to fly off the shelves as the desire for sophisticated baby bags intensifies.

I’m loving the mini bag trend. It’s an easy way to smarten up a casual look, and they’re so much more party-ready than that oversize carry-all we take to the office!
