#4 – Keeping mean, fit and lean!

As a fitness junkie, I’m forever lusting after the stunning figures of the beautiful Victoria Secret Angels. I also have no shame in admitting I have tried all the fitness classes boasted by them – Barre, Pilates, Boxing, Boot Camp and Hot Yoga – you name it!

The downside? A class can get quite pricey! Especially if you’re also signed up to a gym membership. Sometimes I’m not sure if my wallet hurts more or the muscles I didn’t know I had.

To keep costs low, pick what works for you and invest smartly. Team your bi-weekly torture-of-choice class with a no frills gym membership (Anytime Fitness is my go to). Or better yet, take on some outdoor running trails.

Alternatively a fully-fledged gym membership such as Virgin Active has the full mix of classes, swimming pools and cardio machines for the cardio bunnies.
