How to find out your bra size at home:
STEP ONE: Using soft pressure, measure around your torso immediately underneath your bust crease. Record this number to the nearest even number. This is the band size.
STEP TWO: Then, again with soft pressure, measure the fullest part of your chest – which is typically your nipple line. Record this figure to the nearest round number, and convert to your cup size by subtracting your band size from the bust number:
If the difference is:
0 = AA
1 = A
2 = B
3 = C
4 = D
5 = E
6, = F
7 = G
8 = H
