Anastasia Beverly Hills ‘Dipbrow Pomade’ Beauty Review

Written By Brianna Frilay

If there is one thing that every woman or male wants when it comes to makeup and beauty, it is a strong and sculpted brow. Groomed eyebrows enhance the shape of your face, add oomph to your overall beauty look, and always give the impression you’ve had a professional do your makeup (nice added bonus.)

Anastasia, who is also known as the Queen of Eyebrows and owner of Anastasia Beverly Hills, decided to throw in a complete eyebrow game-changer earlier this year and we can’t thank her enough! So, it is my pleasure to introduce to you to none other than ‘Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade’.

Anastasia Beverly Hills, Dipbrow Pomade

The 4g worth of creamy product that you are offered will give you the most naturally full looking, structured, defined brows, without having to use much product at all. The Pomade resembles something you’d put in your hair – as it is waxy and it sticks to each hair follicle.

Luckily, the product does not look at all look waxy when applied (it’s quite satin actually), and it dries completely matte for a thoroughly natural effect. Whilst very creamy in texture, the Dipbrow is not SO creamy that it moves around once it is applied to the brow. It is completely waterproof, (so yes you are able to go swimming without having to worry about whether or not your eyebrows have decided to slip away.) It does not transfer, whatsoever (EVEN if you have oily skin!)

Anastasia offers a selection of eight colours that replicate the tones that you would find in the hair on your head which makes it a lot easier to pick and choose which colour would work for you.

The best way to apply the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade is to use a small angled brush, with only the smallest amount of product (a little bit goes a really long way) and replicate the hairs that you naturally have on your brow, whilst also creating the shape that you’re going for.

So, the ultimate question – is Dipbrow worth the hype/money?

Yes, it is absolutely worth the hype! You will never want to go back to any other eyebrow-defining method after using Dipbrow. The overall look is fantastic, and it is way too easy to apply to consider using anything else. Anastasia offers some of the greatest products for eyebrows that are currently on the market and every cent you would spend, is totally worth it.

The only downside to Dipbrow, is that the colours may not work for everyone, but if they work for you… then you’re in luck!

Dipbrow is sold at a range of online stores and ranges from prices between $18 – $30

I keep seeing this product on nearly EVERY beauty tutorial/look I come across. It looks amazing when the ‘professionals’ put it on, but I really want to try it first, I tend to be really bad at things like this! Hopefully Sephora brings it over 🙂
