BWA Attends 100th Agent Provocateur Store Opening

I was reminded to up my boudoir game on Wednesday night at the opening of Agent Provocateur’s 100th store (located at Westfield Sydney.) The first stand-alone boutique to open in Australia, the intimate space is everything you would imagine a luxury lingerie boutique to be, and a little bit more..

The latest face of the label, the ever-fierce Naomi Campbell.

The luxurious boudoir-inspired space is beautifully decorated in the brand’s iconic baby pink, black and grey featuring black lace carpets and sultry mood lighting. The’re an uber glamourous 70s feel to the store with mirrors, brass and lashings of high gloss lacquer in every corner.

Guests included style bloggers, fashion media, and Agent Provovateur’s CEO who mingled amongst beautiful lingerie-clad models decked out in the brand’s most ravishing examples. We sipped Moet and Chandon champagne, nibbled on rose macaroons and chocolate truffles whilst enjoying the tunes of DJ Leah Simmons.

The new boutique will house the Main collection, Classics, Bridal, Swim, Hosiery and Accessories. Special to the boutique will be Agent Provocateur’s limited-edition Soirée collection – the brands high-end, exquisitely-finished couture line. All Agent Provocateur products are beautifully made using European luxury fabrics and French laces such as Leavers Lace and French Chantilly, and Chinese silk with special hand finishing for nightwear.

There was a fair amount of razzle dazzle….. The pieces were quite spectacular, and you couldn’t wipe the joy off the faces of the men who were lucky enough to attend!

Pretty underwear always makes you feel good, even if you’re the only one who sees it.
