#2 – Create a winning welcome
Once guests have crossed the threshold, have trays of champagne, wine, beer and soft drinks awaiting them, either on a table or have wait staff ready to present them.
Greet each guest personally and introduce them by name to guests who have arrived earlier.
Planning conversation and introductory snippets about each guest may seem like a lot of work but it will pay dividends in making guests feel comfortable and create an inclusive environment.
