Weekend Drinks: A Republica Martini

How best to combine my undying love of coffee with my penchant for after work drinks on a Friday night?

A Republica espresso martini of course!

This is my go to cocktail in winter….and I wanted to share my favourite espresso martini recipe using Republica coffee.

What you’ll need:

30ml or one shot of Republica espresso coffee, chilled

45 ml or 1 1/2 ounces of Vanilla flavoued vodka

45 ml or 1 1/2 ounces Kahlua coffee liqueur

30ml or 1 ounce or creme de cacao

Coffee beans, to top.

A chilled cocktail shaker with ice.

Method:

Step One: Combine the coffee, vodka, Kaluah and creme de cacao into a chilled cocktail shaker with ice.

Step Two: Shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass.

Step Three: Place some coffee beans in the base of your martini glass for an added garnish.

Step Four: Drink!

Just multiply the measurements by how many people you are making these for!
