#4 – Food at your own pace
Incredible buffets and unlimited menus are part and parcel of going on a cruise, but where does it end? It literally takes the discipline of a monk to resist the temptation to over-indulge when there is so much delicious food on offer.
And nothing takes the shine off that new swimsuit faster than feeling bloated and uncomfortable from too many trips to the dining room.
The best way to break the routine of over-eating (and if you want to enjoy your meal in a less crowded environment) is by ordering room service. Alternatively, you can limit your ship meals to one per day, and instead eat at the port to experience something different.
