Technically speaking it’s a lunch not a brunch, but it’s well worth waiting for the clock to tick into the PM – for the bottomless bellinis alone. The Champagne Room keeps things interesting and offers the classic champagne cocktail in three flavours; peach, raspberry and lychee. Perfect for those of us who like a bit of variety.
The decadent décor, and plush private booths will have you and your ladies feeling like royalty. You’re treated like a royal too – and served three flavoursome courses to satisfy the hungriest of queens. Post lunch, you can head downstairs to The Winery beer garden for something slightly more subdued; a bevvy in the sun with the Surry Hills locals.
