L’Oreal Paris Runway 4, presented by Madison had one of my favourite beauty looks of the week, Stormy Night. Paired with a killer hairdo from the uber talented hair team, this look was somehow classic yet totally modern and something you could definitely tone town a little to fit into your night out.
This presentation was will of femininity. Alannah Hill took a surprisingly different approach for winter. While her silhouettes and aesthetic was still there, it was very much subdued- particularly in a colour palette that consisted mainly of black. Classic minimalism works well for this Australian institution!
Aurelio Costarella knows his tailoring. His pieces have a beautiful architectural nature to them that truly celebrates the female form. His offerings for Autumn / Winter are elegant, sophistacated and totally unique in a muted colour palette.
Flannel brought us easy, comfortable and chic pieces, Jayson Brunsdon his classically tailored feminine aesthetic, Kirrily Johnston a beautiful rich colour palette and wearable pieces, and Megan Park brought us easy luxury.
