Why We Love It:
This liner from London make-up Gods, Rimmel comes with the promise of maximum, glamorous eyes with minimal effort at an affordable price point. The application brush is fine and creates precise, thin lines with one smooth stroke. It’s possible to build dramatic flicks and lines, however you’ll need to wait a few seconds between strokes because the product goes on quite glossy and takes a moment to set. Once it’s in place, the colour pigment is rich and the finish is superb. This baby will stay in place for most of the day, however if you’re heading out again at night, it will need a slight touch up.
