As well as the colour of the room, the purpose can also be matched with the purpose of the item, creating a link between the present and the past. As an example, imagine you spent a wonderful month sailing around the coastal cities of Europe and partaking in some of the best seafood you had ever eaten.
As a reminder of that time, you could have grabbed a special bowl or some glassware from one of your dinners and, therefore, you could then showcase it in the kitchen or dining room.

The kitchen is stunning. Walmart’s long clearance aisle has adorable plates just like those, a vintage design, for .30-2.00 per plate. Odd enough, I think about the kitchen you have here. I also really am for the cabinets with the glass fronts. Nice overall feel, a vintage royal kitchen.
