Marc by Marc Jacobs is shutting down

Are they crazy?! Marc Jacob’s huge secondary label ‘Marc’, which Jacobs launched in Spring of 2001, will no longer operate as a stand-alone brand. The seemingly popular diffusion line will combined with the designer’s main line to create one collection.
According to the label, the new range “will encompass a range of merchandise and price points currently divided between the two lines”. It is certainly an unusual step for a fashion house to take – and Jacobs, the self-confessed social media loather has also just joined Instagram. Could something bigger be happening? We’ll wait to find out!

I really wish you’d go back to putting it all on one page, rather than making me load multiple pages. It took less time and I hate staring at pages while they load.
Sorry BellaB ~ the new format is designed to lessen page load- not increase it !! With so many images on one page in the old format it was taking up to 20 seconds for some pages to load.. We’ll keep an eye on it. Thanks for your feedback.
