Step #1- Red lips sink ships
A red lip is the trademark of old Hollywood glamour, and Collins gave a sultry edge to her pretty in pink look with this classic feature. She modernised her look by dusting loose powder over her lips to create a matte pout, and accentuated her cupid’s bow by lining it with a stroke of concealer.
