Bestill my beating heart. Country Road for Women this Spring Summer 2013 is the most delightful breath of fresh air that makes us positively long for summer.
The collection explores a range of aesthetics moving through geometry, textures,and prints in silhouettes that are modern yet timeless. Staying true to the whitewash trend that we can expect from Summer this year, there are beautifully feminine pieces to add to your wardrobes, contrasting against well tailored tuxedo jackets, tailored pants and trans-seasonal trenches.
Standouts are the prints that pay homage to the fifties as well as a reference to the francophile in us all with french blue stripes and cotton lace.
While there are references to the fifties, there is actually more reference to the swinging sixties in soft peplums and crop shell tops.
