One of the hottest trends that’s fresh off the runways is undoubtedly the ‘badass’ trend. From the combat boots that stalked the runway at Louis Vuitton to the dark full lips at Marc Jacobs, there’s been no shortage of strong, edgy badass looks filling up our Instagram feeds. But classy girls need not lament entirely.
The badass-modern-gothic-look is one that’s intriguing (yet slightly intimidating) to recreate: after all, no classy woman wants to look like a kohl-rimmed, black-clad, goth wannabe!
The key to making this trend look classy lies in keeping it to a minimum. Instead of dressing in head-to-toe black with heavy lidded eyes and lips, pick one badass goth/grunge element and keep everything else paired back and fairly classic.
