We expect nothing less that absolute elegance from Samantha Wills and her very first Bridal Collection is no exception. The collection debut November 1st which is charmingly, the date of Samantha’s parents’ 31st wedding anniversary.
It is this personal touch injected into the brand that has amassed a loyal and far reaching fan base which will be carried over into the new line. The collection will see the unveiling of a tailored Samantha Wills online bridal boutique which will host a micro site featuring Samantha’s personal bridal style inspiration, ideas and more for brides-to-be.
The collection’s aesthetic is reminiscent of old-Hollywood vintage glamour, but presents pieces for the simple or the over the top bride. The “Heirloom” portion of the collection was a crowd favourite- pieces hand chosen from Samantha’s vintage shopping trips, reworked into little pieces of art. To add to their uniqueness, Samantha takes each piece to a clairvoyant who reads the story behind the pieces which is then sent along with the pieces to you!
According to Samantha the bridal range for 2012 is “reminiscent of the contemporary bride looking to stay true to her individual style on her special day.”
The campaign that accompanies the collection is a stunning series of shots by Todd Barry and stars Krystal Glynn. The shoot was also styled by The Lane’s Karissa Fanning.
Have a look at the sneak peek below and be sure to check the full range out on November 1st!
