BWA Chats To Charlotte Dawson For Pleasure State

As a woman with a reasonably large sized bosom, sometimes getting the amount of cleavage right is a challenge. From Christmas lunch to a night on the town- the question then has to be asked….to cleavage or not to cleavage?

We had the pleasure of sitting down with Charlotte Dawson, media personality, avid Tweeter, author and judge of Australia’s Next Top Model, about her role with Pleasure State for their latest campaign…Cleavagely Correct.

We are nearing the end of 2012, what are some highlights for you from the past year?

Charlotte Dawson: I would have to say the highlights for me were competing in the Celebrity Apprentice, going to London for the Olympic Games with Foxtel and publishing my second book with my best friend Jo Thorneley.

How did your relationship with the Cleavagely Correct campaign come about?

Charlotte Dawson: I’ve been using the Pleasure State product for years and I suppose they approached me to work on the campaign with them because I love the product and I also love discussing how women feel about themselves, their confidence and their choices.

What would you say is the biggest Cleavage faux pas?

I can’t name a ‘faux as’ as all women have different cleavage, the most impressive is Maria Venuti! She is a talented, fabulous woman, like Dolly Parton she will also be remembered for her ample bosom and confident attitude.

How important is picking the right bra when shopping for lingerie?

The fit is very important, you need to feel comfortable, regular fittings are recommended. As we age, our breast tissue increases so when bra shopping you really need to get the fit right.

What are some ways to make sure that we stick to the right Cleavage options?

There is no right or wrong, it really comes down to how each woman feels.

Have you ever had any major cleavage moments…good or bad?

Haha! Mine have been fairly positive experiences, ever tried wrenching yourself into an Alex Perry corest? That’s some pretty good cleavage!

What can we expect from Charlotte Dawson in 2013?

I am looking forward to getting my teeth into the next season of Australia’s Next Top Model, continue writing and my work with charities such as The Smile Foundation, Community Brace and Angels Goal.
