#1 – The ’60s
One word: Twiggy. The 60s was the era for the mod look, with matte eyeshadow and layers of lashes giving the appearance of larger, rounder eyes. Twiggy – an English model, defined what was meant to be on trend during the time. She rocked the pixie cut and the dramatic cut crease all the while still keeping the rest of her look more natural and youthful.
