Logan Vintage ‘M’ Cuvée (RRP $35)
A truly classy, classic style sparkling wine. Produced in the traditional method, the Logan Vintage ‘M’ Cuvée is made from the classic French sparkling varieties of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier.
Being two-thirds red grapes, the wine is a stunning salmon colour and will look as good as it tastes. Side note: we sampled Logan’s ‘M’ Cuvee on a recent food and wine tour of Mudgee, and it’s a winner!
