A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of ducking behind the scenes at the latest campaign shoot for Zu Shoes. As a shoe addict, and long time fan of the brand, how could I say no!
There’s nothing I love better than a family business success story, and that is exactly the case for Zu, a part of the Betts group which has been owned and operated by the family since 1892!!
Zu is taking a fashion forward approach with this collection and we love the direction! The shoot stars super hotties Leila and Kai (a bit of male model eye candy for you all). Leila is an up and coming star, and she was everything that is effortlessly chic, edgy and cool about the brand.
The four main trends to watch out for this season are clearly reflected in the Zu’s offering for Spring/Summer which means more shoes for my closet and another shoe justification discussion with my fiance…c’est la vie!
Keep your eyes peeled for on trend sportswear chic looks in wedge sneakers and perspex detailing, monochrome looks in a super versatile range of looks from work pointy toed pumps to ballet flats, Californian chic in the way of wedges, sandals, prints and flatforms and also urban it girl looks, think cutouts, jelly sandals and block heels.
