Age is a fact of life. You can slow down its physical results with healthy diet, exercise and staying hydrated, but once the damage is done, there’s not a lot you can do (beyond surgery, of course). Instead of throwing away half your pay check on creams promising to take away ten years worth of ageing, focus on staying hydrated, eating well and exercising to glow from the inside out, as well as moisturising and using plenty of sun protection.
