2012 Pirelli Calendar (NSFW!)

The highly anticipated Pirelli 2012 calendar was shot by Mario Sorrenti and features 12 models and actresses in Corsica, and let me just warn you now- this is not safe for work or under agers!

The pictures however are more works of art that celebrate the beauty of the human body in its truest form rather than smut. The calendar features a huge lineup of famous names including Isabeli Fontana, Natasha Poly, Saskia de Brauw, Lara Stone, Joan Smalls, Guinevere van Seenus, Malgosia Bela, Edita Vilkevicute, Kate Moss, Milla Jovovich, Margareth Made, and Rinko Kikuchi.

Sorrenti explained the inspiration for the aesthetic: “You know, originally I thought I was going to do very sexy pictures, and when we got there I realized that I didn’t want the pictures to be sexy at all . . . I didn’t want them to be posing and arching and like sticking their boobs in my face or anything like that.”
