To celebrate, Chanel has released a lovely video delving behind the scenes into the making of the LBJ. Each painstaking and immaculately set out detail is documented from start to finish, and it is a great insight into the work and craftsmanship that goes into atelier pieces (which accounts for the $1,500 price tag).

Love a Little Black Jacket or Blazer but it’s not worth that amount and I didn’t like the first modeling, which distracted from the clothing… And Karl is such a vampire.
Oh I adored SJP in it! Yes she would wear it on her head wouldn’t she! Fantastic vid and I loved the way it self-started too. Thanks BWA for this – now I need one of those classic jackets! It looks like the kind of thing you ever wondered what you did without.
