The ultra clean-living 35 year supermodel and mother of three recently spilled the beans (so to speak) to Vogue Paris about what she and her family eat for health and wellness.
Following a strict plant-based diet laden with seasonal recipes, juices and superfoods, the Bundchen-Brady house is devoid of all dairy, white sugar, white flour, MSG, iodised salt and caffeine. Even tomatoes, capsicums, mushrooms and eggplants barely get a look in, due to their inflammatory properties.
With their own backyard organic veggie patch and a dedicated family chef to whip it all into delicious meals, this is one household that’s committed to their cause!
