Product Review: Biotherm’s Christmas Gift Packs

Each year, I buy my mum a new skin care gift pack, ever since I was a sales assistant at David Jones (back when I was at Uni) and spent as much of my time as possible sneaking off into the beauty section and emerging smelling of at least ten different perfumes and several layers of different coloured gloss.

I have acne and blemish prone skin and Biotherm is certainly a product that cleanses and tones effectively, minimizing the chance of breakouts- which I live in fear of.

I found the Hydrating Gel to work quickly and absorb into the skin, so there wasn’t that greasy feeling that you sometimes get from heavy duty 24 hour moisturizers. I am one of those people that also likes a squeaky clean finish to a cleaner and that is exactly what the Cleansing Toning Mousse does. It may not be the best choice for those with already dry skin, but for normal-combination skin, this would work a treat! I am also obsessive about toning, a residue effect from my teen years with bad skin, and I was impressed with the Hydrating Toning Lotion.
