Artists Use Clinique Chubby Sticks

In honour of Clinique’s award-winning and best-selling Chubby Sticks which sell every 15 seconds! Clinique’s amazing Australian team has collaborated with four amazing Australian female artists to create Clinique Art.

Using Chubby Sticks as their palette the unique designs will form the brands Facebook Cover image for one week each during the month of November…how cool is that!

Chubby Sticks have recently been launched in a huge variety of colours which is only apt to use as giant colouring pencils. The four Clinique Artists are:

Bei Badgirl who is a street and graffiti artist based in Sydney. Young, bubbly & hyper feminine whose signature is bold use of colour and creative mermaid.

Gemma O’Brien who works in motion graphics and focuses on design around typography and artistic wording.

Luca Battles, an award-winning designer and the creative director of Sleep Projects working
across branding, type, print, digital, illustration, digital and sound.

Shannon Cress who creates amazing street art, graffiti, murals and figurative works on canvas. She was the only Australian to be included in the high profile line up of the ‘best graffiti artists in the world’ at Bansky’s cans festival 2 in London.

You can follow all their progress at #cliniqueart.

Each artist received the entire line up of Chubby Sticks, Chubby Intense & the newly launched Chubby Stick for Eyes and were asked to produce an incredible piece of art that celebrated their personal style.

Says Bei Badgirl “I actually worked as a makeup artist to put myself through art school, so this project was a lot of fun for me! I love all the bright colours in the Chubby Stick range – especially the pinks, reds and oranges. As both an artist and a former makeup artist I was really impressed by the high amount of pigment and smoothness of the Chubby Sticks, which made painting both myself and my mermaid so easy! Perfect for Summer – I’ll be keeping a few of these in my purse at all times. ♥”

See a sneak peek of the girls’ style below, and stay tuned!

I’ve heard a lot about these chubby sticks and a lot of friends use the red and pinks. I would highly recommend as a gloss or lip shine
