Beauty Watch: Chalkboard Nails!

Nail art is getting pretty fancy these days, with french manicures and nude nails a thing of the past. Trends like caviar, velvet, matte have taken the beauty world by storm…and now chalkboard nails are the latest thing to hit the market!

The latest innovation from Nail pioneers Ciate (who incidentally are the brilliance behind caviar and velvet nails) have just released word of their Chalkboard nails.

The kit includes six pieces; a matte black base coat in ‘blackboard’, four chalk pens that WASH OFF WITH WATER, and a Mattnificent top coat. It feels like Ciate knows just how to please my inner child!

Basically, all you need to do is apply your base coat, have a play with your chalk and then seal it in with the top coat. Oh the possibilities!

While it seems that this product will be exclusive to Selfridges, StyleBistro reports there is a Coming Soon banner on the website which ships to the US. Mail forwarding services here we come!
