American indie pop princess/It girl Sky Ferreira is the latest to become muse to Saint Laurent Paris‘ (formerly known as Yves Saint Laurent) creative director, Hedi Slimane, with the songstress becoming the face of the label’s Pre-Fall 2013 collection.
The Saint Laurent Paris lookbook references the 90’s – a major trend for this upcoming season, which works perfectly with Ferreira’s light blonde locks contrasted against winged eyeliner, dark vampy lips and plenty of black-on-black leather and lace.
Minimal details like sheer fabrics, furs and sequins give the pieces something a little extra to the monochromatic looks – a signature of Slimane’s – yet keep the collection extremely wearable.
