Audrey Talks: Zumba Thirty Day Challenge, Week 3

Week three of our Thirty Day Zumba Challenge began with a bang! Led by the bell and fluro clad hands of Kathy Bananas (who you can get in touch with HERE for classes) we stepped foot into the crazy world of a real life Zumba class.

Unlike our private sessions a class full of forty crazy Zumba enthusiasts was the most fun and energetic workout you can get! To my surprise there were guys as well as girls there (ammunition to get my fiance along with me) and even a six month pregnant mummy machine.

I think my favourite thing about Zumba so far is that once you have the moves down you really just loose yourself in the music and dance and kind of forget you are actually getting a crazy good workout, plus you also feel a little bit sexy doing all those Latin inspired moves.

Like Kathy has told us many times, Zumba is like doing circuit training under the guise of dancing because it changes up tempo so much which is great for loosing weight!
