Although Australia is considered an expensive destination to many, there are still plenty of ways that you can save a few dollars along the way. Thanks to several budget airlines, and an established network of lower cost accommodation options such as AirBnb and self-catered rentals on offer, you can make your money stretch further.
Moreover, there are plenty of low-cost (or free) ways to enjoy our nation, such as taking a walk through the outback, visiting any of our world class beaches, visiting an art gallery, or window shopping at any of our eclectic markets or shopping centres.
However, if you don’t plan on trying to save money on your trip, then it might be worth saving an extra few thousand to ensure you can cover everything on your bucket list.
