Deciding what to wear for Christmas Day is no easy feat, and whatever your traditions, we always want to wear something that’s a little bit special to mark the occasion.
Us Aussies have it tougher than our northern hemisphere friends – not only do we have vast volumes of food to work our outfits around, we also have a sticky and hot climate to contend with.
With so many of us visiting multiple families and friends on the same day as well – we need an outfit that can stand up to the task.
If you’re stuck on what to wear to this Christmas, here are the best ideas to get you through the day in style.
#1 – Wrap it up
Wrap dresses are one of the best items you can have in your wardrobe arsenal as they are so versatile and flattering. They are a winning choice for Christmas Day especially – what other style of dress flaunts your curves whilst concealing what you consumed for lunch!
You can dress them down for casual lunches at home, or dress them up for outside functions via the clever use of a few accessories. Some wrap dresses require a slip underneath, as there is a risk of exposure in windy settings, and it sometimes pays to go a size bigger to ensure it wraps all of the way around…. If you know what we mean.
