It’s the end of a huge year for BWA and we are all so grateful for your wonderful support!
In the spirit of reflecting on the year that has been and preparing for the year to come we took a little look back at some of your favorite moments on BWA for 2011.
Because everybody loves seeing celebrities in ridiculous costumes, and as Mean Girls puts it.. “Halloween is the one night a year when girls can dress like a total slut and no other girls can say anything about it.”
Girls and shoes…need we say more?
Country Road is the reigning champion of A/W staples.
The hysteria that surrounded the Zara opening in Sydney and Melbourne had savvy shoppers scouring the web for pieces to snap up come the highly anticipated opening day. When a line for a retail store makes the news, you know that shoppers mean buisiness!
Despite her questionable launch into the public eye, Lauren Conrad is undeniably a savvy businesswoman and has an eye for style. Lauren’s fashion line, Paper Crown was a hit with BWA readers all round.
We love Jess with her witty repartee and impeccable style, and are glad to see that you all agree!
Street style is the inspiration that is sweeping a nation, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! What is greater than the inspiration that we live and breathe every day. RAFW had the fashion pack out in full force, take a little trip pack to April below…
Sometimes, there is nothing better than a good scandal. Revolve Clothing was in hot water after casting dangerously skinny model Ali Crandell (of The City fame) to sport some of their pieces. The uproar that followed led to a light being shone on the unhealthy aspects of the modeling industry although we are not sure it has made a long term impact!
Alannah Hill is synonymous with fun, feminine and flirty so it is no wonder BWA gals have fallen in love.
