#3 – Spend downtime wisely
Downtime is essential in order to re-charge and re-calibrate, but this rare slice of time shouldn’t be squandered. Rather than binge-watching the latest series (sorry) why not read a classic, take a walk through the park, do something to increase your overall mood or vibe, or learn a new interest.
