2. BYS Creme Foundation, $9.95.

This is honestly the best budget foundation I have ever used. The coverage is great, it is easy to use and lasts well. It is compact with a little mirror and sponge and has a great range of colours to suit most skin types. Buy it HERE.

3. NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils, $8.95

Love these eye chubby eye pencils, also in a great range of colours which you can use as liner or smudged as eye shadow. Buy them HERE.

4. Revlon Brow Enhancer Wax

There are mixed reviews of this product, but I personally use it and it does the job well- particularly for a purchase under $10! The product has two parts- the tinted wax for the brow and the highlighter. I have to admit the highlighter is a little to sparkly for me, but it works well as a cream eye shadow so there is still a purpose for it. I opted for the darker wax of the two shades offered but the lighter one would work well for light brunettes/blondes.  Buy it HERE.
